Official Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

The VCP Giveaway — GTA VI (“Giveaway”) is organized by VICE CITY PALMS (“VCP”).

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins when VCP Premium becomes available for purchase and ends on November 18, 2026, at 7:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) copy of Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA VI) for the winner's preferred available platform, subject to availability.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.

4. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to eligible customers in participating jurisdictions, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Participants must meet all applicable legal requirements in their jurisdiction.

5. How to Enter

VCP Premium: Purchasing VCP Premium qualifies the customer to participate in the VCP Giveaway — GTA VI.

VCP Normal: Purchasing VCP Normal does not qualify the customer to participate in the Giveaway.

Only customers who purchase VCP Premium during the Giveaway Period will be eligible to receive Giveaway entries.

6. Entries

Each qualifying VCP Premium purchase provides one (1) entry into the Giveaway.

• 1 VCP Premium purchase = 1 entry
• 2 VCP Premium purchases = 2 entries
• 5 VCP Premium purchases = 5 entries

VCP Normal purchases provide zero (0) Giveaway entries.

7. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided during the purchase.

8. Prize Delivery

The winner will receive one copy of GTA VI for an available platform of their choice, subject to regional and platform availability.

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative except where required by applicable law.

9. Rockstar Games Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.

10. Disqualification

VCP reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, duplicated, automated, manipulated, or otherwise violate these Terms & Conditions.

11. Changes or Cancellation

VCP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or where required by applicable law.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with VCP's Privacy Policy.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing VCP Premium and participating in the Giveaway, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
